Terms of Service

Legal Entity: 702 DUI School, LLC, doing business as “702 DUI School” and operating the website https://www.702duischool.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Effective: The current version published on this page supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 702 DUI School website, mobile interfaces, course content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not register or purchase courses.

1. Definitions

“Student,” “you,” or “user” means the person who registers for and/or uses the Services. “Course” means any educational product or program sold or delivered by the Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register. By creating an account you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

When you register for an account, you must provide truthful information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share accounts or grant access to others. During registration you will be required to affirmatively agree to these Terms. That affirmative action (checking the required box and submitting the registration) constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.

4. REFUNDS — IMPORTANT (ALL SALES FINAL)

Summary: Except for very limited exceptions described below, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after payment and course access is granted.

4.1 All Sales Are Final. Because our courses are delivered digitally and access is often immediate, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access to any portion of the course is granted, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, inability to complete the course, or lack of acceptance by a court, employer, or agency.

4.2 No Right of Withdrawal. You expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling off” period that might otherwise apply to online purchases of digital content.

4.3 Discretionary Exceptions (Very Limited). In very rare situations—such as duplicate payments caused by a technical error—702 DUI School, at its sole discretion, may issue a refund or credit. All such requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the transaction to support@702duischool.com, and will be subject to verification. Administrative errors or proven duplication are the only circumstances where refunds may be considered.

4.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer after payment is a dispute of our Terms. If you file a chargeback after receiving course access, we will contest it and provide evidence including: (a) a screenshot of the registration page showing the required checkbox; (b) the student’s registration record showing acceptance of these Terms; (c) the Refunds section of these Terms; (d) LearnDash access or course progress logs; and (e) the Stripe transaction record. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, revocation of certificates, and collection or legal action.

4.5 Duplicate Payments, Billing Errors & Technical Issues. If a duplicate payment or verifiable billing error occurs, contact support within seven (7) days and we will promptly investigate. Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection do not qualify for refunds. If a platform error prevents access, we will restore access or extend completion time at no cost.

5. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All payments must be made in full prior to access. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

6. Course Access, Completion & Certificates

Upon successful payment, course content is made available via your account. Access windows vary by course and are shown at registration. Certificates of completion are issued only after full payment and completion of required modules. 702 DUI School does not guarantee acceptance of its courses or certificates by any particular court, employer, or agency; you should confirm acceptance requirements with the requesting entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—text, videos, images, logos, and course materials—are owned by 702 DUI School or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

  • Do not share or resell account access or course materials.
  • Do not submit false information or impersonate others.
  • Do not interfere with the Services or attempt to bypass security or tracking features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular result or acceptance by a court, employer, or agency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 702 DUI School, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the course at issue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 702 DUI School and its personnel from any claim or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Severability

If any provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on this page supersedes prior versions. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
