• Basic account details: name, email, password (hashed), and course selections.
• Certificate details: date of birth, case/citation number, and—when required by your court—driver’s-license number for display on your certificate.
• Support messages you send us.

Automatic technical data

• Standard logs for security/troubleshooting (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps).
• Course activity (e.g., lessons started/completed, quiz attempts, certificate issuance) to operate your course.

2) How we use information

• Create and manage your account and course enrollment.
• Deliver lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and certificates.
• Print required details (e.g., driver’s-license number) on your certificate of completion when you provide them.
• Send essential service communications (receipts, confirmations, course notices).
• Maintain site security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3) We do not sell or share personal information

702 DUI School does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising—ever.

Driver’s-license numbers and case details are not disclosed to third parties. They are used solely to print on your certificate. After completion, you download the certificate and provide it wherever required (e.g., attorney, court).

4) Payments (Stripe Connect)

All payments are processed entirely by Stripe Connect on Stripe’s secure servers. 702 DUI School does not collect, transmit, or store credit-card or bank-account information on our website.

When you proceed to payment, you are redirected to Stripe’s encrypted checkout environment and your payment details are handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We receive only limited transaction metadata (e.g., status, amount) to activate your course access—no card numbers or financial credentials are ever visible to us.

5) Limited disclosures (only if necessary)

• Legal requirements: to comply with a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful process.
• Security & fraud: to investigate or address suspected fraud, abuse, or threats to safety.
• Hosting/operations: basic infrastructure providers that keep our site running (they do not receive driver’s-license numbers for marketing or any promotional purpose and are obligated to safeguard data).

6) Cookies & essential functionality

We use essential cookies so you can stay logged in, track course progress, and complete lessons/quizzes. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features (login, progress tracking) may not work without them.

7) Data retention

We keep account, course, and certificate records only as long as needed to operate the Services and meet basic bookkeeping or legal-audit obligations, then securely delete or anonymize them according to our retention schedules.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, limited access, backups, logging). No system is 100% secure. Protect your password and sign out on shared devices.

9) Your privacy choices & rights

• Access/Update: Request a copy of, or corrections to, your account information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account where permitted by law (we may retain limited records for legal/accounting purposes).
• Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10) Children’s privacy

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11) International visitors

Our Services operate in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. under U.S. law.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version on this page supersedes earlier versions. If we make material changes, we’ll provide additional notice where appropriate.
