702 DUI Navigator Privacy Notice

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through 702duischool.com and services presented under the 702 DUI Navigator name, including account creation, paid access, AI-assisted paperwork organization, saved reports, downloadable PDF plans, support communications, public-resource lookup, and provider-directory features.

It does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, AI service providers, government websites, or businesses listed in a directory. Those third parties maintain their own privacy policies and retention practices.

2. Information We Collect

Account information Email address, username, password credentials maintained through WordPress/WooCommerce, and basic account identifiers.

Checkout information Name, billing address, email address, telephone number, order information, payment status, and transaction identifiers.

Navigator inputs Text you type or paste, state/county/court information you enter, and documents or images you deliberately submit.

Navigator report data Extracted excerpts, dates, user selections, task status, notes, resource results, questions, and generated plan information.

Technical information IP address or derived security identifiers, browser/device information, request timestamps, server logs, and security events.

Communications Messages you send through email or support channels and information you voluntarily provide while requesting assistance.

Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the service. When possible, remove names, complete addresses, driver-license numbers, case numbers, birth dates, Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers that are not needed to understand the administrative instructions you want organized.

3. Paperwork, Documents & Uploaded Files

Navigator may allow you to upload supported document or image formats or paste text directly into the service. Submitted files are used to perform the requested automated review.

Original Navigator uploads are not intentionally added to the public WordPress Media Library.
Navigator is not designed to create a permanent archive of your original uploaded files.
Temporary server files may exist briefly as part of normal upload, PHP, operating-system, security, or hosting processes.
Backups, server logs, malware/security systems, or infrastructure providers may have separate retention behavior outside Navigator’s direct control.

Do not upload documents you are not authorized to submit. You are responsible for determining whether you have the right to provide the material you submit.

4. AI Processing

Navigator uses an artificial-intelligence service to read and organize text and documents you deliberately submit. Submitted material may therefore be transmitted to the configured AI provider for automated processing.

The AI system is instructed to organize explicit administrative instructions, identify date wording, separate sources, and avoid making legal determinations. AI output may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood.

You must compare all results with the original paperwork. Navigator does not replace the issuing court, agency, attorney, licensed provider, or other appropriate professional.

AI-service providers maintain their own infrastructure, security, abuse-prevention, and retention practices. Their handling of submitted data is governed by their own applicable terms and policies.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

Create and maintain your account.
Process purchases and confirm access to Navigator.
Read and organize submitted paperwork.
Generate and maintain private Navigator reports and workspaces.
Generate downloadable PDF plans.
Provide optional email delivery when you request and authorize it.
Retrieve public-resource information based on limited search criteria.
Prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate requests, and unauthorized access.
Enforce usage limits and service terms.
Diagnose errors and maintain site security.
Provide customer support.
Comply with lawful requests and applicable legal obligations.

We do not use submitted paperwork to provide legal representation, render legal advice, issue court orders, award educational credit, or certify completion of a DUI requirement.

6. Payments, WooCommerce & Stripe

Purchases are processed through WooCommerce and the payment gateway(s) enabled on the website, which may include Stripe and payment methods offered through Stripe or related providers.

Payment providers receive the information necessary to process the transaction. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by Navigator.

WooCommerce may retain normal commerce records such as customer name, billing information, email address, order amount, product purchased, payment status, refunds, transaction identifiers, and tax-related information.

Navigator paperwork is not intentionally transmitted to Stripe merely because you make a purchase.

7. Storage, Encryption & Retention

Navigator stores extracted report data in the website database using application-level encryption where implemented by the service. Access is tied to the signed-in account associated with the applicable purchase or authorized administrative access.

Current Navigator access is generally provided for the access period displayed at purchase, presently configured as up to 30 days unless the service states otherwise.

Active report content may be deleted or expired according to service rules.
Deleting a Navigator report does not automatically delete WooCommerce financial records.
Downloaded files cannot be recalled after they leave the website.
Email copies cannot be recalled from an email provider or recipient mailbox.
Hosting backups, security logs, mail logs, payment records, and other third-party systems may have separate retention periods.

We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, tax, dispute, and system-integrity records for longer periods when reasonably necessary or legally required.

8. Email & PDF Delivery

Navigator may provide downloadable PDF plans and may offer optional email delivery of a PDF to the email address associated with the signed-in account.

Email delivery is optional unless otherwise expressly stated. If you request email delivery, the generated PDF may contain excerpts, saved notes, review comments, dates, and resource information.

Email attachments are not guaranteed to be encrypted end-to-end. Email providers, spam filters, mail servers, inboxes, backups, or mail-logging systems may retain independent copies.

9. Public-Source Research

Navigator may perform public-source research after you make selections about state, program category, or delivery preference. The research feature is designed to use limited criteria rather than sending your complete uploaded paperwork into a public search.

Public websites and government directories change. A provider appearing in a directory does not establish that the provider is accepted for your individual matter, currently available, properly licensed for every service, or appropriate for your circumstances.

10. Cookies, Sessions, Analytics & Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies for functions including:

Account sign-in and authentication.
WooCommerce cart and checkout sessions.
Fraud and security protection.
Language preferences.
Website performance and analytics.
Advertising or conversion measurement where enabled.

Third-party plugins or services installed on the website may set their own cookies or collect technical information according to their own policies.

11. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the service, including:

WooCommerce and payment-processing providers.

Correct certain account information.
Delete active Navigator report content using available service controls.
Request information about stored personal data.
Request deletion of eligible personal information.
Opt out of optional email delivery.
Manage cookies through your browser and available site controls.

Some information may be retained when necessary for payment records, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, backups, security, or other legitimate operational requirements.

13. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information based on the nature of the service. These measures may include HTTPS transport, authenticated accounts, encrypted report storage, access controls, rate limiting, file validation, private database storage, and restricted report access.

No internet service, transmission method, storage system, AI provider, payment system, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. You use the service with this limitation in mind.

14. Children

The service is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 13. Do not knowingly submit personal information about a child unless you are legally authorized to do so and the submission is genuinely necessary for the requested service.

15. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable state law, which can include rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain disclosures.
