The Service<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      702 DUI Navigator is a paid, AI-assisted information and paperwork-organization service.\n      The service may allow a user to submit text, documents, images, or administrative instructions and receive an organized\n      presentation of extracted excerpts, dates, source references, public-resource information, saved notes, task tracking,\n      limited question-and-answer features, and downloadable PDF plans.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      The service is intended to help users organize information they already possess. It does not independently create,\n      modify, satisfy, waive, extend, or determine legal, court, motor-vehicle agency, licensing, educational, treatment, or administrative requirements.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"independent\">\n    <h2>2. Independent Private Tool<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      702 DUI Navigator and 702duischool.com are private services.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by,\n      operated by, or acting on behalf of any court, motor-vehicle agency, Department of Public Safety,\n      prosecutor, probation department, licensing authority, law-enforcement agency, state agency, county, municipality, or other government entity.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      No use of a government name, agency name, court name, law citation, public directory, public website, or public document means\n      that the service has a governmental relationship or approval.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"notlegal\">\n    <h2>3. No Legal Advice or Legal Representation<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.\n      No attorney-client relationship is created by using the website, purchasing Navigator, submitting paperwork, receiving a report,\n      asking a question, viewing a provider, or communicating with support.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>Navigator does not:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Tell you how to plead.<\/li>\n      <li>Interpret law for your individual matter.<\/li>\n      <li>Determine which deadline legally controls.<\/li>\n      <li>Determine whether you have satisfied a court or agency requirement.<\/li>\n      <li>Predict a legal outcome.<\/li>\n      <li>Determine whether a provider will be accepted in your particular case.<\/li>\n      <li>Replace advice from an attorney or instruction from the issuing authority.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"notdui\">\n    <h2>4. Navigator Is Not a DUI School or Completion Provider<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Navigator does not provide DUI education, traffic-school instruction, clinical evaluation, substance-use treatment,\n      victim-impact programming, driving-school instruction, or educational credit.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Navigator does not issue DUI-school certificates, course-completion certificates, educational transcripts, clinical certifications,\n      court certificates, motor-vehicle agency certificates, or proof that a legal or administrative obligation has been completed.\n    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"callout warning\">\n      A Navigator report or PDF is an informational organizer. It is not proof of legal compliance, enrollment, attendance, completion, or court acceptance.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"purchase\">\n    <h2>5. Purchase, Pricing &#038; Access<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Navigator is sold as a paid digital service. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase unless a different\n      price, tax, discount, or authorized promotion is displayed before payment.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Current Navigator access is generally sold as a <strong>one-time purchase<\/strong>, not a recurring subscription, unless checkout\n      expressly states otherwise.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Payment unlocks access to Navigator before paperwork submission. After payment is confirmed, the purchasing customer may use the\n      service during the access period associated with that purchase.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"term-grid\">\n      <div class=\"term-card\">\n        <strong>Current access period<\/strong>\n        Navigator is presently configured for access of up to 30 days from the applicable paid-access start date unless a different period is shown.\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"term-card\">\n        <strong>One account<\/strong>\n        Access is tied to the account associated with the purchase and may not be transferred or resold.\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"term-card\">\n        <strong>Usage limits<\/strong>\n        Reasonable limits may apply to analyses, uploads, AI requests, public-source searches, PDF generation, or questions.\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"term-card\">\n        <strong>No guaranteed provider match<\/strong>\n        Purchase does not guarantee that Navigator will identify an eligible provider or that any provider will be accepted in your matter.\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"accounts\">\n    <h2>6. Accounts &#038; Account Security<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      You may be required to create or use an account so that purchases, reports, and private workspace information can be associated\n      with the correct customer.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>You agree to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Provide accurate account and checkout information.<\/li>\n      <li>Maintain the confidentiality of your password.<\/li>\n      <li>Use only an account you are authorized to access.<\/li>\n      <li>Notify support if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.<\/li>\n      <li>Not share paid access in a way that circumvents purchase or usage limits.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"submissions\">\n    <h2>7. Your Submissions &#038; Authorization<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      You retain ownership of material you lawfully own. By submitting information to Navigator, you grant the limited permission\n      necessary to receive, process, analyze, store, display, and generate outputs from that material for purposes of providing the service.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>You represent that:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>You are authorized to submit the material.<\/li>\n      <li>Your submission does not violate another person&#8217;s rights.<\/li>\n      <li>You will avoid unnecessary personal identifiers where practical.<\/li>\n      <li>You will not use Navigator to process unlawfully obtained material.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you submit.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"ai\">\n    <h2>8. AI Output, Automated Processing &#038; Accuracy<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Navigator uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. AI systems can make mistakes.\n      Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, improperly categorized, or based on misunderstood input.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Exact quotations, dates, labels, summaries, provider information, or AI-generated organization should always be checked against the original source.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      You agree not to rely on Navigator as the sole source for a legal deadline, legal obligation, provider eligibility,\n      government approval, license status, treatment requirement, education requirement, or compliance decision.\n    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"callout\">\n      If a result conflicts with your original paperwork, the original paperwork and instructions from the issuing authority should be reviewed directly.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"providers\">\n    <h2>9. Provider Listings &#038; Official Resources<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Navigator may display public government resources, directories, provider listings, licensing references, links, addresses,\n      telephone numbers, websites, or other publicly available information.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Such information is informational only and may change after it is retrieved.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>The service does not guarantee:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>That a provider is currently open, available, licensed, or accepting customers.<\/li>\n      <li>That a provider offers the exact service you need.<\/li>\n      <li>That a court, attorney, motor-vehicle agency, probation department, or other authority will accept a provider.<\/li>\n      <li>That prices, schedules, course formats, licensing details, or locations remain current.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      You are responsible for confirming provider status, program details, and case-specific acceptance directly.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"pdf\">\n    <h2>10. Reports, Workspaces &#038; PDFs<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Navigator reports and PDFs are generated from information available to the service at the time of generation.\n      A downloaded or emailed PDF is a snapshot and does not automatically update after it is created.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Status indicators such as \u201cnot started,\u201d \u201cin progress,\u201d or \u201cdone\u201d reflect information you mark yourself.\n      They are not independently verified and do not establish legal compliance.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      You are responsible for storing downloaded or emailed copies securely.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"acceptable\">\n    <h2>11. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n    <p>You may not:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user&#8217;s account or report.<\/li>\n      <li>Bypass purchase, usage, rate, security, or access controls.<\/li>\n      <li>Reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, probe, or attack the service.<\/li>\n      <li>Upload malware or intentionally harmful files.<\/li>\n      <li>Use the service for unlawful surveillance, identity theft, fraud, harassment, or impersonation.<\/li>\n      <li>Misrepresent Navigator output as an official government record, attorney opinion, court order, completion certificate, or agency approval.<\/li>\n      <li>Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Navigator output or access without written permission.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"refunds\">\n    <h2>12. Refunds, Chargebacks &#038; Access<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Digital-service purchases provide access to computing resources, account features, automated processing, AI requests, and generated outputs.\n      Any refund policy displayed at checkout or elsewhere on the website applies in addition to these Terms.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Refund requests may be evaluated based on the circumstances, including whether access was delivered, AI processing was used,\n      reports were generated, PDFs were downloaded or emailed, or third-party processing costs were incurred.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraudulent transaction, cancelled payment, or failed payment may result in suspension or removal\n      of Navigator access and associated entitlements.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"availability\">\n    <h2>13. Availability, Maintenance &#038; Service Changes<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      The service may be modified, updated, temporarily unavailable, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued.\n      Availability can depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting infrastructure, internet connectivity, payment processors,\n      AI providers, government websites, email providers, and other third parties.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Features, models, supported file types, usage limits, public-source integrations, pricing, and access periods may change prospectively.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"ip\">\n    <h2>14. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE\n      LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES,\n      MISSED DEADLINES, PROVIDER REJECTION, COURT CONSEQUENCES, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR USE OF NAVIGATOR WILL NOT\n      EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE NAVIGATOR PURCHASE.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"section\" id=\"indemnity\">\n    <h2>18.
