702 DUI Navigator Service Terms
Condiciones de servicio
These Terms govern access to and use of 702duischool.com, 702 DUI Navigator, related account features, paid access, AI-assisted paperwork organization, generated reports, PDF plans, and associated services.
1. The Service
702 DUI Navigator is a paid, AI-assisted information and paperwork-organization service. The service may allow a user to submit text, documents, images, or administrative instructions and receive an organized presentation of extracted excerpts, dates, source references, public-resource information, saved notes, task tracking, limited question-and-answer features, and downloadable PDF plans.
The service is intended to help users organize information they already possess. It does not independently create, modify, satisfy, waive, extend, or determine legal, court, motor-vehicle agency, licensing, educational, treatment, or administrative requirements.
2. Independent Private Tool
702 DUI Navigator and 702duischool.com are private services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, operated by, or acting on behalf of any court, motor-vehicle agency, Department of Public Safety, prosecutor, probation department, licensing authority, law-enforcement agency, state agency, county, municipality, or other government entity.
No use of a government name, agency name, court name, law citation, public directory, public website, or public document means that the service has a governmental relationship or approval.
3. No Legal Advice or Legal Representation
The service is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the website, purchasing Navigator, submitting paperwork, receiving a report, asking a question, viewing a provider, or communicating with support.
Navigator does not:
- Tell you how to plead.
- Interpret law for your individual matter.
- Determine which deadline legally controls.
- Determine whether you have satisfied a court or agency requirement.
- Predict a legal outcome.
- Determine whether a provider will be accepted in your particular case.
- Replace advice from an attorney or instruction from the issuing authority.
4. Navigator Is Not a DUI School or Completion Provider
Navigator does not provide DUI education, traffic-school instruction, clinical evaluation, substance-use treatment, victim-impact programming, driving-school instruction, or educational credit.
Navigator does not issue DUI-school certificates, course-completion certificates, educational transcripts, clinical certifications, court certificates, motor-vehicle agency certificates, or proof that a legal or administrative obligation has been completed.
5. Purchase, Pricing & Access
Navigator is sold as a paid digital service. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase unless a different price, tax, discount, or authorized promotion is displayed before payment.
Current Navigator access is generally sold as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Payment unlocks access to Navigator before paperwork submission. After payment is confirmed, the purchasing customer may use the service during the access period associated with that purchase.
6. Accounts & Account Security
You may be required to create or use an account so that purchases, reports, and private workspace information can be associated with the correct customer.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and checkout information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Use only an account you are authorized to access.
- Notify support if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
- Not share paid access in a way that circumvents purchase or usage limits.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
7. Your Submissions & Authorization
You retain ownership of material you lawfully own. By submitting information to Navigator, you grant the limited permission necessary to receive, process, analyze, store, display, and generate outputs from that material for purposes of providing the service.
You represent that:
- You are authorized to submit the material.
- Your submission does not violate another person’s rights.
- You will avoid unnecessary personal identifiers where practical.
- You will not use Navigator to process unlawfully obtained material.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you submit.
8. AI Output, Automated Processing & Accuracy
Navigator uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. AI systems can make mistakes. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, improperly categorized, or based on misunderstood input.
Exact quotations, dates, labels, summaries, provider information, or AI-generated organization should always be checked against the original source.
You agree not to rely on Navigator as the sole source for a legal deadline, legal obligation, provider eligibility, government approval, license status, treatment requirement, education requirement, or compliance decision.
9. Provider Listings & Official Resources
Navigator may display public government resources, directories, provider listings, licensing references, links, addresses, telephone numbers, websites, or other publicly available information.
Such information is informational only and may change after it is retrieved.
The service does not guarantee:
- That a provider is currently open, available, licensed, or accepting customers.
- That a provider offers the exact service you need.
- That a court, attorney, motor-vehicle agency, probation department, or other authority will accept a provider.
- That prices, schedules, course formats, licensing details, or locations remain current.
You are responsible for confirming provider status, program details, and case-specific acceptance directly.
10. Reports, Workspaces & PDFs
Navigator reports and PDFs are generated from information available to the service at the time of generation. A downloaded or emailed PDF is a snapshot and does not automatically update after it is created.
Status indicators such as “not started,” “in progress,” or “done” reflect information you mark yourself. They are not independently verified and do not establish legal compliance.
You are responsible for storing downloaded or emailed copies securely.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or report.
- Bypass purchase, usage, rate, security, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, probe, or attack the service.
- Upload malware or intentionally harmful files.
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, identity theft, fraud, harassment, or impersonation.
- Misrepresent Navigator output as an official government record, attorney opinion, court order, completion certificate, or agency approval.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Navigator output or access without written permission.
12. Refunds, Chargebacks & Access
Digital-service purchases provide access to computing resources, account features, automated processing, AI requests, and generated outputs. Any refund policy displayed at checkout or elsewhere on the website applies in addition to these Terms.
Refund requests may be evaluated based on the circumstances, including whether access was delivered, AI processing was used, reports were generated, PDFs were downloaded or emailed, or third-party processing costs were incurred.
A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraudulent transaction, cancelled payment, or failed payment may result in suspension or removal of Navigator access and associated entitlements.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
13. Availability, Maintenance & Service Changes
The service may be modified, updated, temporarily unavailable, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued. Availability can depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting infrastructure, internet connectivity, payment processors, AI providers, government websites, email providers, and other third parties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Features, models, supported file types, usage limits, public-source integrations, pricing, and access periods may change prospectively.
14. Intellectual Property
The website, software, interface, branding, service design, prompts, source code, graphics, workflows, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during an active access period.
No ownership of the software, trademarks, source code, or service design is transferred to you.
15. Third-Party Services
The service depends on or links to third parties, which may include WooCommerce, Stripe, AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, government websites, listed providers, analytics services, security services, and other integrations.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, or conduct except to the extent required by law.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
NO WARRANTY IS MADE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, CONTINUOUS, CURRENT, SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR LEGAL MATTER, OR ACCEPTED BY ANY COURT, AGENCY, ATTORNEY, motor-vehicle agency, PROVIDER, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.
NO WARRANTY IS MADE REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT, PUBLIC-SOURCE INFORMATION, THIRD-PARTY LISTINGS, OR USER-SUPPLIED MATERIAL.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, MISSED DEADLINES, PROVIDER REJECTION, COURT CONSEQUENCES, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR USE OF NAVIGATOR WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE NAVIGATOR PURCHASE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service operator, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, unauthorized submissions, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
19. Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address fraud, nonpayment, chargebacks, security concerns, abusive activity, violation of these Terms, unlawful use, service discontinuation, or legal requirements.
Suspension or termination does not automatically erase payment records, logs, backups, or records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
20. Disputes & Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to make a reasonable effort to contact support and describe the issue so that an informal resolution can be attempted.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, pricing, technology, providers, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by law. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
